Luminescence

…birthed on the beautiful sands of the Cape Coast shore one cool September evening…

Her olive eyes peeked through the opening of the misty clouds covering her nakedness

Yet still her silver light shone through exposing in outline the innocence of her almost full body

She’s almost a woman, but not just yet

With slow, soft steps, she flirts with the clouds as they dance around her aura
The stars circle her innocence, they serenade her essence

The tick of time talks to her
Teases her
Turns her into a total being
A women emboldened
A figure to behold and
She holds captive the mist that stole her glow
It’s her time to shine and this she knows
