Poetry weds Music

She gave herself to me
And told me to please her
I promised that I would
And proceeded to teach her
I stripped down her adornments
And told her to be quiet
She wanted to feel pleasure
But she had to be silenced

I trickled her pace to half-speed
And slowed her run into a walk
I mellowed her beat into a ballad
And lowered her ad libs into pleas
I coaxed her interjection to
An inaudible moan
And coached her conversation to
Soft whispers on her lips

She turned around and stroked me
With the fingers of a goddess
She let them run my length
And didn’t miss a spot
She signed her name on me
Her curves looped on my black
She reflected my light
And painted my heart white

I touched her for the first time
And joined my rhythm with her rhyme
Delivering every line
Of the love song we sing
We watched and whiled the night
Her poetry on my mind
She held my music in her hand
And I held hers in mine

Intentional Mistake

His sinful ways

Are thinly veiled

My morals weigh

Less everyday

He calls the play

But I’m willing to stay

And make him my

Intentional mistake

He says he wants

To see my face

He couldn’t wait

One two three days

So down I lay

In his wed bed

Cos he had bet

That I’d get wet

He invaded my castle

With his tower

He took over

My jewels

In his power

We threw caution

Out the window

And worries

Right out the door

Where passion would lead

We would just follow

So I’ll walk up to his missus

While he smothers her with kisses

I’ll spill that I’m having his kids and

She’ll roll her eyes and hiss and

Her face’ll turn from mine to his and

I’ll watch as her expression’s changing

From plain shock to disbelieving

And when she turns to face him

I’ll just walk away
